1. The service

AlvinFlix is a free discovery service for the latest, trending and upcoming movies and TV shows. We show official trailers, release dates and links to the licensed services where each title can be watched. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Content & sources

  • Trailers are official videos embedded from the studio or distributor’s YouTube channel using privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) embeds. We do not host or re-stream the films or episodes themselves.
  • “Where to watch” links send you to third-party services (streaming, rental or purchase). Availability data is provided by JustWatch via TMDb, can vary by region and may change without notice. Some links may be affiliate links; that never changes the price you pay.
  • Catalog metadata and artwork are provided by TMDb. This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.
  • If you believe a trailer, image or link on AlvinFlix infringes your rights, see our takedown policy; we act quickly.

3. Accounts

  • An account is optional. Watching is free without one; an account only stores your personal watchlist and watch history.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
  • Email accounts are activated after verifying a one-time code. You can also sign in with Google or GitHub where offered.
  • You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account.

4. Price

  • AlvinFlix is 100% free to watch. There are no plans, subscriptions or fees; the service is funded by ads and sponsors.
  • Third-party services you open from “where to watch” set their own prices and terms. AlvinFlix is not a party to those purchases or subscriptions.
  • Supporter passes bought before AlvinFlix became free run until their expiry date and are covered by our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • No scraping, credential sharing for resale, payment fraud, or circumvention of access controls.
  • We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud or abuse.

6. Intellectual property

AlvinFlix branding, design and original copy belong to Alvin AI Lab. Films, shows, trailers, posters and artwork belong to their respective rights holders and are shown for identification and promotion of the titles.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Account settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvin AI Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at the amount you paid us, if anything, in the prior 12 months.
