Refunds & Cancellation

AlvinFlix is now 100% free to watch and sells nothing, so new purchases are not possible. This policy covers ad-free supporter passes bought before that change.

1. Cancellation

  • Supporter passes were prepaid and never auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel — a pass simply ends at its expiry date.
  • Deleting your account ends access immediately. Your payment receipts are retained (detached from the deleted profile) so refund requests can still be processed.

2. Refunds

  • Paid but not activated: if UddoktaPay confirms your payment but your pass did not activate, we activate it or refund in full.
  • Duplicate payments: verified duplicates are refunded in full to the original payment method.
  • Change of mind: we offer a 48-hour goodwill refund on your first pass, no questions asked.
  • Cancelled or failed checkouts: no charge is captured, so no refund is needed.

3. How to request

Email support@alvinailab.com with the email you paid with, the payment date and the UddoktaPay invoice ID or transaction ID. We decide within 5 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact support first. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
